Direct thermal or thermal transfer — what is the difference?
Direct thermal prints on heat-sensitive labels without a ribbon and is cheaper per label but fades over time. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon and produces labels that last for years, which is what you want for asset tags and warehouse racks.
Can I print price labels with Arabic text?
Yes. Our inventory software prints bilingual labels with product name, price incl. VAT, barcode and Arabic description on Zebra, TSC and Brother printers.
Do you supply label rolls and ribbons?
Yes. We stock common sizes such as 50×25 mm, 100×50 mm and 100×150 mm shipping labels, plus wax and resin ribbons, with next-day delivery in Dubai.
Can the label printer be shared across several counters?
Network (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) models can be shared by all POS terminals and back-office PCs on your network. We recommend network models for supermarkets and warehouses.
