How it works

2. Requirement workshop — a half-day to full-day session, on-site or online, with the people who actually do the work: sales staff, warehouse team, site supervisors, finance. We map the process, the exceptions and the reports management actually reads.
3. Working prototype — within 48 to 72 hours you review a real, clickable screen built on your data structure, not a slide deck. You give feedback before a single day of "final" development happens.
4. Feedback loop — two to three short review cycles refine screens, fields and workflow logic until it matches how your team actually works, not how we assumed it worked.
5. Go-live — data migration, user training and a phased or full cutover, scheduled around your business hours so trading is never interrupted.
6. Support — the same developers who built the system remain your support contact, so change requests do not restart from zero with someone new.
