What is Cloud Services?
Cloud Services from POS Emirates cover everything that keeps your business software running online: hosting for cloud POS and ERP, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email, off-site backup, domain and SSL management, and security hardening. Instead of a server in a back room that nobody maintains, your systems run in a monitored UAE-region data centre with daily backups.
Every plan is managed by our Dubai engineers, so you never deal with a hosting company abroad. Updates, backups, certificates and monitoring are handled for you.
Who is it for?
Cloud Services suit UAE businesses that want their software accessible from any branch or device without managing servers:
- Multi-branch retailers and restaurants running cloud POS across outlets
- Companies moving email and files to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Clinics, schools and offices that need reliable off-site backup
- Start-ups that want a domain, SSL, email and hosting set up on day one

Why UAE businesses are moving their POS and back office to the cloud
A few years ago most shops and restaurants in Dubai ran their POS on a single Windows PC under the counter. When that PC failed, sales stopped and years of data were often lost. Cloud hosting changes the model: the terminal on the counter becomes a thin device, while products, sales and reports live on servers that are backed up every day and monitored around the clock.
For multi-branch businesses the benefit is even larger. Head office sees consolidated sales the moment they happen, price changes reach every outlet instantly, and a new branch is live as soon as its terminal connects to the internet.
What POS Emirates Cloud Services include
Hosting for business software
We host POS Emirates POS & Billing, Inventory, Time Attendance and Asset Management software, as well as compatible ERP and CRM systems, on UAE-region infrastructure. Data stays in-country, which many customers and auditors prefer, and latency to Dubai and Abu Dhabi is minimal.
Backup and disaster recovery
Backups run daily with encryption at rest and 14- or 30-day retention depending on plan. More importantly, we test restores every quarter and can spin up a replacement environment within hours if a serious incident occurs.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Professional email on your own domain is the first impression many customers get. We provision licences, migrate existing mailboxes and files, set up shared calendars and drives, and enforce multi-factor authentication so a stolen password does not become a data breach.
Domains, DNS and SSL
Expired domains and certificates take websites and email offline more often than hacking does. We register or transfer your domains, manage DNS and renew SSL certificates automatically.
Security
Every hosted environment gets firewall rules, patch management and vulnerability monitoring. Enterprise plans add audits and compliance reports for customers in healthcare, education and finance.
Offline resilience
Cloud does not mean your counter stops when the internet drops. POS Emirates software keeps billing locally and syncs when the connection returns. Combined with a dual-WAN router and UPS from our Networking service, outages become a non-event.
Pricing
Plans start at AED 99 per month for a single outlet and AED 249 per month for multi-branch businesses, excluding VAT. Enterprise environments with dedicated resources are quoted after an assessment. There are no setup fees for customers on POS Emirates software.
