Which POS terminal is best for a small shop in Dubai?
For a single-counter shop the SUNMI T2s or the POS Emirates 15.6" Touch POS is the usual choice. Both include a built-in receipt printer option, run our POS & Billing Software and cost less than a laptop-based setup. We recommend the 15.6" model where cashiers scan large baskets.
Do your POS terminals come with the software installed?
Yes. Every terminal is delivered with POS Emirates software installed, your products loaded and the receipt template set up with your TRN and logo. You start billing on the day of installation.
Android or Windows POS — which should I choose?
Android terminals are cheaper, boot faster and are ideal for retail and restaurants. Windows terminals suit businesses that also run accounting or ERP software on the same machine. Our team will recommend one after understanding your workflow.
Is there a warranty and local service in the UAE?
All terminals carry at least a 12-month warranty serviced from our Dubai workshop. Loan units are available for AMC customers so your counter never stops.
